Pink Chair Realty opened its doors in 2024 — but the story began years before, on the beaches of Pass-a-Grille. Kelly Strom and Joshua Holloway had spent enough time watching the way big management companies operated to know they wanted to do it differently.

Too many owners felt like line items. Too many guests felt like transactions. And too many homes on the Gulf Coast deserved better than a template. We started Pink Chair to be the small, careful, hands-on version of a job that most of the industry does at scale.

We don’t believe bigger is better. Around twenty-five homes, personally cared for, is what we set out to build. That number can grow — but only if it grows in a way that keeps every home, every owner, every guest getting the attention that made someone list with us in the first place.

We promise to care just a little bit more, and work just a little harder. It’s the shortest way we can describe how we approach every home, every conversation, and every early-morning call from a guest who needs help.
